As you continue planning the health fair, it is essential to spread the word as much as possible about the health fair event. The date, time, and place of the health fair needs to be circulated. Talk to local media outlets: local newspaper, radio, and television.

These are often double sided, where one side contains the most essential information (who, what, when, where, and why) and the other contains the logos of all the participating agencies. Make sure these are simple, catch the people’s attention, and are friendly to share across spaces.
