H.O.P.E.+ Initiative

To be able to achieve a successful health fair you will need support from a team. Putting a health fair together can be simple work, but it takes time and good effort. Identifying a couple of individuals who are passionate about serving the community will be instrumental in the success of this event. Search for individuals, volunteers, organizations, or stakeholders (depending on the scale of your event) that are willing to contribute to this effort. 

H.O.P.E.+ example: Our team started as a group of researchers who were interested in creating an impact in the communities we serve. Work with to move forward with the health fairs, we decided to partner up with organizations (Opportunity Center for the Homeless, Familias Triunfadoras, Inc.), federally funded local clinics, volunteers from our institution, and others in the community. These partnerships were instrumental for the success of our health fairs.
