Use the FREE option when creating a website in Weebly and Wix. If it's asking you to pay, you probably selected the wrong option.
In Wix, this is how you create and publish a website, for free.
1. Select what kind of website you want:
2. Next, select Start With Wix Editor.
3. Next, select a template. Choose a FREE template:
4. Try to publish your website. The PUBLISH button is located on the upper right corner. It's blue.
5. Choose a domain name. Use the FREE option:
