Dear New DNP Cohort:
Since your classes do not start until August, the Library's system does not have your student information yet.
This means that if you try to connect to the Library using the Library sign-on that pops up when you are not connected to GlobalProtect VPN, or any of the databases that require an additional sign-on all the time (UpToDate, Micromedex, for example) your username and password will not yet be recognized.
There are 2 ways you can address this; choose one:
- Wait for your classes to start in August. By then, the Library will have received the information for new students and your username and password will be recognized.
- Fill out this application form; one of our staff will process it in 24-48 hours, and your information will be in the Library's system, allowing you to sign in when prompted, and access certain databases without connecting to the VPN.
