Organizing, Documenting, and Presenting Your Research

Resources for CCE Write-In

Why Document?

Properly documenting your work makes it easier for your work to be associated with you.

ORCID iDs make it easy to determine that Your Work is Your Work. It works even if you have a common name or don't always use a standard version of your name.

Google Scholar Profiles make it easy for you to keep a record of your work. To claim what is your work and remove (from your GS profile) work that is not yours.

Your Academic Persona Online

ORCID stands for Open Researcher and Contributor ID. ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher regardless of name. This will broaden access to your body of work as well as provide opportunities for networking and collaboration.
