Emotional: Coping effectively with the broad spectrum of feelings while maintaining fulfilling, healthy relationships.

Occupational: Finding enriching careers that contribute positively to our own lives, as well as society as a whole.

Intellectual: Seeking out new concepts, skills, and challenges that will broaden the mind and contribute to building knowledge.

Environmental: Creating positive, sustainable environments in our homes, workplaces, community, and planet.

Financial: Managing finite monetary resources to both cover current situations as well as prepare for future changes.

Social: Connecting with and maintaining positive relationships with family, friends, and co-workers.
