ENGL 5312:Technical Writing : Home

Welcome! This research guide has been developed for ENGL 5312: Technical Writing part of  the Technical & Professional Writing Certificate Program.

The course is about the foundations of technical writing and communication. This guide will provide you with resources available through the UTEP Library, as well as web resources recommended by Dr. Maggy Smith.

To access electronic resources outside the library you will need to authenticate your status as a UTEP student.

   There are two options for remote access:

1. It is recommended to download the UTEP VPN to your personal computer in order to access the library's e-content. See Tutorial for Macs  or  Tutorial for Windows.
