The easiest way to find out if the Library has an online subscription to a specific journal, magazine, or newspaper is to use the E-Journals link located on the Library website. Following is an example of how to find out if the Library has an online subscription to the Journal of Accountancy:
Searching Strategies:
Step 1) Go to the UTEP library home page at http://www.utep.edu/library
Step 2) Click on the E-Journals tab located under the word, “Library”
Step 3) Type the complete name of the journal you are looking for in the box and search
Step 4) When the system responds with an entry for the journal you are searching, click on the database that has the year you are looking for
Step 5) When you log on to the database, you can “Search within this publication” to search for a specific topic on that journal
