The National Library' of Medicine's Visible Human Project
This National Library of Medicine project consists of digitized images of male and female human cadavers which were scanned using CAT and MRI techniques. The bodies were then frozen and sliced into paper thin sections which were photographed digitally. The animated head-to-toe trip through the male cryosections, from the images and animations sampler, is especially worthwhile.
ARRS GoldMiner® provides instant access to 251,680 radiological images published in 262 selected peer-reviewed journals. You can search by findings, anatomy, imaging technique, and patient age and sex.
