Your Checkpoint Edge for Universities training course is available within the Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Professionals Learning Center.

To access the Learning Center, you must have a Thomson Reuters ID (TRID).

• NOTE:  If you registered for a Checkpoint EDGE Student ID login, the TRID is not the same credentials that you use to access Checkpoint, it is a separate login which everyone must create to access the training.

Step 1.  Register for a Thomson Reuters ID (TRID) at https://accreditationwidgets-app.opt.thomsonreuters.com/trid-registration?branchId=TAXPROS

Step 2.  Log into the Learning Center by going to https://training-taxpros.thomsonreuters.com/learn and entering your TRID

Step 3.  Once you have logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Enter Your Subscription Code Here" section.  Enter in edgeuniversity (all lowercase), then click the green arrow to the right.

Step 4.  Click “View All My Courses and Learning Plans” and then select Checkpoint Edge for Universities.

AFTER YOU USE THE SUBSCRIPTION CODE ONCE, THE EDGE COURSES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR LEARNING ACCOUNT AND THE CODE WILL NO LONGER WORK. THE COURSES WILL BE STORED IN THE MAIN PAGE SO THAT YOU CAN ACCESS THEM AT ANY TIME.
