How to Use Anatomy.tv

The UTEP Library's subscription to the virtual cadaver and anatomy product, Anatomy.tv, is feature-rich... but you might need a little help gettings started. Here's a how-to!

Anatomy.tv for mobile devices and tablets

AnatomyTV is based upon Flash based product. Anatomy.Tv does not have a separate app to download. You can access the web version of this resource from your Android or Apple tablet using the links on this libguide.

Do you have an Ipad? You can now access the 3D Atlas section of Anatomy.TV on your IPad using the links on this libguide.

  • The IPad version is not as robust as the desktop option, but this does provide another avenue for accessing this resource. The 3D Atlas is the only section of Anatomy.TV that you can access on your IPad, without additional software.
  • IPad user guide (Please ignore page one of this guide. You do not need to log into AnatomyTV to access the library's subscription)

The other modules of Anatomy.TV rely on Flash which is not generally supported on IoS. It may be possible to run these modules using a browser that does support Flash. You can purchase one of the following options recommended by Stat@Ref. Please note that these browsers have not been tested nor are they supported by DMU, Primal Pictures, or StatRef!
