EndNote Basic  formerly known as EndNote Web is a web-based program that allows you to store, edit, and manage references freely. With Endnote Basic you can:

  • Import references from hundreds of online databases.
  • Use the Cite-While-You-Write toolbar to insert citations in any of thousands of bibliographic styles into the text and bibliography in Microsoft Word documents.
  • Share groups of citations with other users of EndNote Basic.
  • Export your EndNote Basic references to other citation tools such as RefWorks and Zotero

EndNote Basic is available in 3 levels of features:

  • General Public: storage for up to 50,000 citations, 2G attachment capability, limited citation styles
  • UTEP affiliates: storage for up to 50,000 citations, 2G attachment capability, unlimited citation styles
  • Desktop EndNote Owners: unlimited citation storage, 5G attachment capability, unlimited citation styles

EndNote Web Overview
