Overview of Library Services

The Library staff understands that you are not always at the Reference Desk when you have a question. You may be on the 5th floor, sitting at the computer or wandering through the stacks.

The Miner Guides are specially trained students who can assist patrons from anywhere in the library. They are waiting to:

• Answer your questions
• Guide you to the location you need
• Direct you to the appropriate staff person.

So when you see the orange t-shirt that reads Question? Ask Me. Do just that! You'll be glad you did.
