The “Selected List of books and Journals in Allied Health Sciences” by the late Alfred N. Brandon and Dorothy R. Hill, Journal of the Medical Library Association, Vol. 91, No. 1, January, 2003, pp 18-33, was used to check the holdings of the library.

The library was found to have 77% of the books recommended by the Brandon Hill “Selected List of Print Books and Journals in Allied Health Sciences” in the following area:  23 of the 30 titles for speech pathology/audiology.  Eight of the 23 titles are older editions.  The library also has access to 4 of the 6 journals on the list for speech pathology/audiology.
