To find books in the library you will need to use the MinerQuest, the Library's Online Catalog.

If you find a book you would like to see, write down the Title of the book, the Location, and the Call Number.

1. When you are ready to check the book out, take the book to Access Services and show them your student ID. The student ID is your library card.
2. If the book is for library use only, it cannot be checked out.

If you don't find books of your interest at the UTEP Library; try searching the WORLDCAT database to identify resources available in other libraries around the world. You can request books not found in our library through ILLiad our Interlibrary Loan Department.
