When there is no HTML of PDF file for an article, you will have to use the WebBridge (a new tab that opens when you click on Check for this item at the UTEP Library). If the WebBridge doesn't connect you directly to the article or the journal: 1) go back and look for the journal title in the E-journals tab, 2) find a database that includes coverage for the year of publication of your article, 3) then search in the journal by article title.
